Solar Suds Express offers the most convenient on-demand, door-to-door laundry pick up and delivery service. Your laundry is delivered the next day. We also offer same-day service for wash and fold only; pick up in the morning, delivery in the evening! 

All laundry is done on site at our solar powered facility located at 505 Old US Highway 70 in Swannanoa North Carolina, by our trained and knowledgeable staff.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. Start by scheduling a pick up using our app. Simply add items to your shopping cart, add any special instructions, select a pick-up and delivery window, and thats it! You can list special care instructions for each and every item you add to your shopping cart should you desire. Include hangers for collard shirts and other items as specified. Delicates or air dry needs? Absolutely! Just let us know and our professional, courteous staff will attend to every detail of your items. We’re here to make your life easier … one load at a time!

2. Next, you will receive a text message and email notification when a Solar Suds Express driver is on their way for pick up and within approximately thirty-minutes or less from your location. Not only will you receive notification, you can track your Solar Suds Express driver’s process on Google Maps in real-time so you know exactly when to expect your laundry service to arrive.

Solar Suds Express will pick up directly from you at your door, your office, your car, or anywhere on your property. Simply let us know where your bag(s) will be, its that simple.

3. Back at our facility, every customers laundry and dry cleaning is separated and inspected for stains. Please note we will notify you if we see stains and will treat upon approval. We strive to protect the quality and integrity of your items by only washing items in manufactures recommended laundering instructions. Our order processing system alerts our team of any special instructions you noted when placing your order. All garments and other items are handled with care.

Once your order is complete we pack your items in eco minded bags, folded, and returned to you ready to be put away.

4. The delivery process is similar to pick up. You will receive a text message and email notification when a Solar Suds Express driver is on their way for delivery and within approximately thirty-minutes or less from your location. Your laundry will arrive neatly folded and clean, with all items ready to return to their familiar space in your home.
